Shipping policy
We ship globally! We have shipped to Europe, Australia, Africa, South America, Asia, and everywhere in-between directly from our office in US, CA, MX, UK, ES, FR, DE, FR, IT so regardless of your location, we can get you your order quickly and safely.
We accept orders online 24 hours-a-day, seven (7) days a week. Orders entered into iMengsh will then be processed (pending credit card approval) and shipped out from our warehouse distribution center. Orders shipped within the 48 states are limited to a single shipping address per order and will be shipped via USPS, UPS, DHL, Royal Mail, Corros, La Poste, Hermes unless otherwise specified.
Orders placed Monday-Friday before 12 PM will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and will start shipping within 2 business days pending availability and credit verification. All orders placed after 12 PM will begin processing the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 12 PM will begin processing on the following Monday.
If the merchandise selected is not currently available or if additional identification is needed for credit verification, our Customer Service will contact you by email. *DELIVERY TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SATURDAYS, SUNDAYS OR HOLIDAYS, pending credit verification. When an order is placed, it will be shipped to the address designated by the purchaser. Edits to Paypal addresses cannot be completed after an order has been placed using Paypal so please double-check the address saved in your Paypal profile.
